Staying at ozo hotels arena was a nice escape! My room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The hotel had great lounges where we could relax. I loved that there was a fitness center to keep up with workouts. Plus, the location was pretty convenient since it was just a short walk to the metro.
but, the check-in process was a bit confusing and quite slow.

The hot tub was perfect, and the comfy lounge area made it easy to unwind. I really liked having the terrace garden to sip coffee in the morning and the quiet TV room was a nice touch, too.
